What an honor it was to be invited to Plank South Elementary School in the Webster School District for their Literacy Night! I had a special guest with me – my son, Andrew – who was home from college and able to attend the event. Andrew is the inspiration behind the main character in Andrew Conquers the Court , so it was a full-circle moment to have him there and share the story with the students. The students were engaged, full of insightful questions, and truly an amazing audience. Thank you, again, Plank South Elementary, for such a warm welcome and a memorable evening celebrating literacy!
